- Bengaluru-based Practo, online healthcare platform has acquired Insta Health, hospital information management Solutions company for $12 million (Rs.79 crore) deal.
- It is the third acquisition from the company in less than six months.
- The other two acquisitions are FitHo, fitness solutions firm and Genii, product outsourcing firm.
- Practo has already over 10,000 hospitals in their database. Acquisition of Insta Health will enable Practa to access more than 500 hospitals across 15 Countries.
