Mobile app for CPGRAMS portal to address governance-related grievance

As a part of PM Modi’s vision “ART of Governance” Minister of State for Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions Jitendra Singh launched mobile application forCentralised Public Grievances Redress and Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) portalwhich enables general public to register their governance-related grievances through mobile phones.

Aim – To provide citizens with a platform for redressal of their grievances

• “ART of Governance” – A for Accountability, R – Responsibility and T- Transparency, forming the bedrock of the government.
• CPGRAMS was launched by Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) in 2007.
