The APJ Abdul Kalam Ignite Awards 2015 at the Indian Institute of Management – Ahmedabad (IIM-A), President Pranab Mukherjee praised the innovative thinking school students shownthrough their works and 31 ideas by 42 students bagged awards.
- CM Anandiben Patel observed two inventionspresented at the exhibition — a solar seeder(tractor) and an adjustable handcart.
- President called the Ignite 2015 awards named after former President APJ Abdul Kalam a ‘fitting tribute’ to his memory and highlighted innovation as the key to economic development.
