Johnson & Johnson to pay fine of $ 72 million in the case of ovarian cancer that cost a woman life who used a company’s talcum powder.

  • Louis jury ordered the pharmacy company to pay $72 million to Jacqueline Salter Fox family, $ 10 million for actual damages and $ 62 million for punitive damages.
  • About 1, 000 cases have been filed in Missouri court, also Jacqueline Fox used the talcum powder over 35 years and died at age of 62.
  • Johnson company faces claims that it failed to create awareness that its Talc-based products could cause cancer.
