West Indies off spinner Sunil Narine was suspended from international cricket by the International Cricket Council (ICC).
- ICC take the decision after his action was found ‘illegal’ in the 3rd ODI match of West Indies against Sri Lanka in Pallekele on Nov 17, 2015.Narine exceeded the 15 degrees level of tolerance permitted under the regulations.
- In accordance with Article 6.1 of the regulations, Narine’s international suspension will also be recognised and enforced by all national cricket federations within domestic cricket events played in their own jurisdiction.
