- He was the part of the ICC’s elite panel and officiated in Test matches.
- The committee was headed by BCCI president Shashank Manohar, Jyotiraditya Scindia and Niranjan Shah.
- He had been withdrawn by Pakistan from the ICC’s elite panel.
