Delhi Acers were crowned the champions of the inaugural edition of the Premier Badminton League after they defeated the Mumbai Rockets 4-3 in the final at the DDA Badminton Stadium in Delhi.
- Mumbai was leading by a point after the fourth game but Delhi’s victory in the trump-called matchup saw them clinch the title.
- The 4-3 triumph for Delhi was worth 3 crore. Mumbai settled for Rs. 2 croreout of the total prize fund of approximately Rs. 6.5 crore.
